I like your use of samples and that intro. The track could use some room to breathe though -- sounds like the whole thing has a compressor on it or limiter turned all the way up. If that's the case, back it down some
There's also a clicking going on throughout that I can't tell if it's a sample triggering. I think it might be on the percussion but can't hear well enough to tell.
Anyway I would back that compressor off and mix quieter -- so that everything is clear and uncluttered before adding it as the finishing touch. The track shouldn't look like a sausage casing throughout, although volume is very important; it gets muddy.
I'd bring the percs up a little more, turn down those chords in the back and sidechain them to the kick and snare to your taste -- or manually duck volume if you can't sidechain. There are also option like LFO modulation on volume or gating. After that I might put an lfo panning the arpeggio you have coming in left and right 15 or so percent each, or more, to your taste, possibly also a very light tremelo. Variation is everything.
But the track itself is full of great ideas. Reminds me of Megaman X - Command Mission OST. I really like it! You should put more of your music here on NG. Probably get a lot more meaningful feedback than just SC alone.
Above all, keep doing what you're doing! You're going places. If you're suffering for album covers, you can always ask someone here to make one for you. I typically make my own on the side, and drop a few words for anybody who might come here to that effect. You never know who might be willing to help out :)
