Good work, although some parts are sharp and others are extremely fuzzy. Lends me to believe parts of this are photograph and others are painted on.

Hello, thank you for your comment x I used to make seamless patterns for Sims 3, I used a couple of them as overlays to help give the appearance of beading and fabric. I will try to blend in the texture effects I make better so it flows. Also I saw a tutorial on using lasso etc to mark areas for shading and adjust the light / contrast etc, I expect I wasn't great with blending that down. Still relearning a lot after a long break from portrait painting so these pointers are useful :)
While I think the argument that there are no female frontwomen in games is very tired and parity is coming along well, more badass females is always better (I mean, I really like women, lol). From an objective standpoint though, I really hope there's some plate behind that dress or our hero is gonna be pretty heartbroken, perhaps literally, when she gets run through. Or maybe since she's just starting out she'll level up later on.
The cat concepts are overshadowing the background a little, but I love cats, so I don't really mind the addition. I just hope our furry friend doesn't get hurt!
I never said there were none female in the main role of a game, I said there were less female than male characters in the main role. Thanks for the comment though!
Almost reminds me of Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan) with the pronounced temples. The side profile skull is a bit too small for the face though, I think. Impressive and clean for a 40 minute job! Nicely done!
Thanks a lot for your feedback!
Yes, I guess it is a bit small. Mistakes are permanent once you move past the pencil sketches. Should have seen it before I started inking. :)
Well, technically, the guy below me is right. Scientists did bring back the bubonic plague and (I think) release it by "accident", but no one seems to remember this very often, so you're pretty safe in assuming when it comes to "living memory".
The piece is ok for a political work, and you got his likeness down pretty well. but the coloration killed me. Hair starkly contrasted the face, which sort of blended into itself.
So they didn't really bring it back. People really aren't taking this piece with the humour it was intended.
Anyway, cheers for the review and thanks for the 4 stars.
This is much improved from the original. Much smoother, however the issue of blending into the background is still present. With how much more cleaned up everything is, I'd say it's a fair trade off. I do like the cleaner dots and overall smoothness. What software is this, and what drawing pad?
Damn do I wish NG had threaded review replies... Regarding your previous response about haters, don't mind them. Keep working on your craft and eventually your fans will outnumber them. The way I see it, lack of negative feedback hurts more than it helps. Leaves no benchmark to improve off of. If someone doesn't hate what you're doing for whatever reason, logical or fallacious, you're not doing it hard enough. :)
Anyway, keep up the good work!
Thanks EDM364 I am glad you have enjoyed the improvements also I understand you wanted to know what I uses here are the things down below.
Intuos 5 and krita But I will say this it's not about the tablet and software it's how you use them. you may not understand what I mean but still thanks and I am having a lot of hate on not just my art but my animation as well but with the tips you have given it'll help out a lot.
Good coloration. Could use more smoothness and fine detail. Belly looks a bit distended though.
Thank you! Noted. Hahaha, you aren't the first to say that about this piece regarding the belly. The feedback is appreciated :)
Not bad at all. I'd love to see our focal point stand out more fron the background, however. She almost blends in, despite efforts to shadow her and highlight areas of difference. While I feel it's nicely done, the linework and particularly highlights are done in a spotty, jerky manner that takes away from the overall presentation. It's just not very clean. The eye almost looks like wet paint, and is hard to differentiate due to muddy highlights. Be more thorough here; don't make your viewer's eyes work harder to focus.
Overall, feels quite rushed, but not so much that I didn't like it. Keep at it.
Thanks for your feedback tho I have uploaded it again and have smoothed out things to be better. but I got a little hate on the side about that. but I hope you enjoy.

This is alright. The idea is good, but the execution is lacking. I feel the lines are too hard and thin, and the shadows are too soft, giving an impression of unreal-ness. The outlines on the spider would have stood out more against the red were they much darker, and were a small shadow beneat the spider. The red borders against blue are also poorly defined.
Keep it up, though. You'll get there!
thanks I'll work more everyday
Detail on the shirt is excellent. Hair could use a lot more fine strokes so it doesn't look like a cloth texture. Good work!
Thanks!
