Eh, this is a bit mediocre. Her posing is way off. Torso is too short -- should be some serious rear end in the back but it looks like she got squashed. Hands don't match and look a little deformed, esp the disproportionate fingers and knuckles. Breasts should hang a bit lower and more forward. Head doesn't look like it's attached to the neck. Is there even a neck? Shadowing looks like fuzzy gradients, and there's really no texture to the hair at all. Ears are also wonky. Study realism a bit more. You've got good ideas, but the perspective and lack of detail is killing you in places.

Thanks, but this art is really old, you should see my newer arts to see how much I improved. Thank you for the review though :)

This perfectly embodies how I feel about my old games. You never touch them, but you want to protect them.

Needs more bees, if Dr. Bees has anything to say about it ;) But it's quick and to the point. I like it.

Lmao, nice caricature, but you need to work on your shading and shadows on the things not in foreground. They can get very muddy! Could benefit from more small linework

JXLambie responds:

You're very right! I need to work on line work big time. I usually just start with big blotches of paint and work my way from there

Great to see how far you've progressed. Your knowledge of facial anatomy has certainly improved, as has your posing. Some gripes though -- she's got to be hella skinny for those ribs to poke out like they do. Her thighs seem too plush in comparison. Also, the tattoo looks less like a tattoo and more like a legging of sorts. Too shimmery. A tattoo should be slightly duller than the sheen on the rest of the leg. This is what makes it stand out. Also, the linework is usually a noticably thick black with most ink.

Looks like you used Morinth's face with a human skin texture. I gave a lower score for the obvious clipping on her forehead piece in all frames. Good illustration of lighting and texture though.

SScollab responds:

You might not know but there was a series of models when i made mass effect characters if they were human. Not realy creative i know. And this was only a test to see how the shader and the lights working.

Use of lighting is spectacular. The face is a little odd, though -- just the nose. Can't complain though. Husks already look really, really nasty! Great work!

I can't see the point of humanizing Garrus. To top that off, his expression is sort of blank. Looks like James Vega to me.
