[A Life Without Facebook]

Totally disagree with the post-modern assertion (impossible to evidence without undermining the validity of the claim since "what if you were just programmed to say that") that free will is an illusion, especially since Mark in this film is nagging you that you CHOSE to use facebook, so it's YOUR FAULT your information was leaked -- but I seriously enjoyed this wacky jab at the social media giant and most of our relationships with it.

Just this month I found out FB "glitched" and made all of our personal information public until set otherwise. Wonder which data mining artificial intelligence firm paid them off for that.

In all seriousness, this isn't bad, but it isn't great either. Luffy's leg animations look pretty weird. There were also spelling and grammar mistakes. May have been smoother if you took the time to draw scenes. Ofc it would take longer and you'd need to emulate a style, but it would look consistent.

I've already mentioned my gripe with Kevin MacLeod music, but this was a very well thought out piece. Simple elements, good flow, telling a funny story without so much as a word. Nice job!

Hilarious. Would have loved to hear something other than Kevin MacLeod though. The NG AP has a wealth of far better material to choose from -- that not all of us will have already heard!

[SUPER DEMON BOY]

Pretty cute little animation. Short, sweet, and funny. Was not expecting such a professional looking 3D modeled character and smooth animations. Perhaps I have been spoiled to Disney.

This is a pretty warped idea, and a great animation for 2007. Song could have used some better equipment and mixing, but hey, I can't complain.

This gets my five for the expressions alone. I have no words. Awesome concept, flawless execution.

[Cockroaches]

They look more like lobsters than roaches, but excellent work! Music isn't copyrighted, and it's one of my favorite songs too. Not to mention, it makes the extermination that much funnier. Nice!

[Peppa Pig claymotion]

Exceedingly macabre, but well done. I would probably change the rating to M given all the violence and adult themes, just to be safe. Though it's not as if any teenagers really care about that crap.
