without all the stolen music, do you think now you have more free time?

I may but the theft hasn't gone down to that point yet. Why do you ask?

Oh, huh, migraine seems like plausible cause to make anything sound forced. Hope you get rid of those. I remember having migraines all the time a few years, then... gone. Mysteriously. Most probably some change in diet.

Forced sound could be because I had just finished recording some growls, and not to mention I was also holding back a lot of upset because of some home drama, had a cold, and frustrated because of a stutter, lol. Did you know I have a stutter? Could also be that I'm depressed. I dunno lol

By any chance what did you eliminate from your diet

just curious, cos modding audio is difficult.

Ah yeah, it can be. I've still got a lot of catching up to do today. Yesterday I slacked off to work on Crown of Thorns, which is now released. @JK-FlipFlop and @RealFaction may do some work for it later as well. I need to get them some stems to go on.

Woah, no wonder it seemed a bit forced. XD Colds and migraines don't combine well either. No, didn't know of, and don't think I noticed that stutter in the podcast either. Wonder if you have it all the time, or just if your nervous etc? Hope you get better/brighter, tranquil, free of that tension and tenacious turmoil!

Well it was during a time when I just ate a lot of junk food overall. I hung out with friends who ate a lot of fast food, and candy, and just too much sugar and grease I think. They didn't seem affected at all, but I went a biiit overweight too. We moved eventually, for other reasons. I changed eating habits, shed a hundred pounds or so overtime... and all that just disappeared. I still have tension headaches every once in a while, but nothing as bad as back then. Used to get worse during as the day went on, with fever and nausea and all that till I just had to go to bed and toss and turn a bit before sleep got rid of it. I remember waking up around midnight and feeling amazing though, it was always a kind of euphoric moment when it went away. :)

So... unfortunately no concrete advice there, but if you do eat a lot of sugar now maybe that'd be one thing to try without? Easy carbohydrates are quickly transformed to the same form sugar via the body too, so things like white bread, rice, pasta etc have a similar effect on blood sugar levels, which seem like a reasonable cause for migraines... though I really have no idea about their cause or effects, it's just a theory. I found out not eating carbohydrates too soon before bed really cut down on how often I'd wake up with a headache too, and drinking water just before I go to sleep. Supposedly helps oxygenize the blood. I actually cut out gluten entirely a few months ago, for other reasons, and am feeling a lot better than I was overall... I think. Hard to compare when all change is so gradual, but diet really affects everything: the immune system, the mind. :) Think I'll bring this ramble to a halt here though, pardon the wall of text, but if you do wonder more just ask away!

True, that they don't! Usually I stutter if I don't practice what I say beforehand or if I'm not dead-on focusing on what I'm doing. There are so many thoughts that run around in my mind at one time I can mix sentences together or trip over my tongue. It can get confusing when I try to tell a story so I need an outline usually. If I speak more casually I can sometimes trip over a sentence for a good thirty seconds, which I did several times recording that podcast. So a lot of the clips are shortened to the most sensible run of a sentence. OCD, haha. I wish I could speak as articulately as I can type. It could largely just be from not speaking very much! I tend to talk either very slow or fast to the point of not being able to articulate if I'm excited. Churchill was able to speak articulately with a stutter though so if he can do it, I can do it!

Now that you mention it, it could be caffeine and ginseng withdrawals. I get headaches pretty bad if I don't have a little of both. Ginseng seems to help the most and keeps me feeling sprightly (and free of joint pain). I broke my wrist in the third grade when some asshole kicked me off the acro bars, which were a good 15 feet up. I landed wrong and powdered a short bone. Teacher didn't believe me so by the time I got to the hospital it was swollen, set, and they couldn't get a good x-ray. Dad was an x-ray tech and went back and read the films and said there were bone shards everywhere but the most we could do for it was splint it since the hospital were being dumbasses and we didn't have money to sue. So we did, and then I ended up playing tennis on it for 6 months until it was healed. Now I have arthritis in that hand but it isn't so bad that ginseng isn't enough to alleviate it for several months.

I haven't had ginseng in some weeks, and it seems to help basically every aspect of my life and health. Need to stop by GNC and get some red panax Korean -- the Siberian and American variants cause heart palpitations.
