Mate, sorry to hear that rather long spitting out story - I think about half of the men (at least) have been there at some point in their life - meeting that kind of girl who can turn a relationship into nightmare.
I hope you find someone better, just to point out that you are probably partly the cause of the problem, for each point you could have acted differently to not let that happen, like not paying for 99%, she is a an adult human being, so she should take care of her expenses for example. It was probably too late once you reached that point to recover anyway, but I think all negative experience is a chance to learn from your mistakes - some people are deeply unstable and mean, but we can do our best to not let them go all over us, that applies to people in general and is particularly more important with a girlfriend
