Hard to control, but good

I found the controls really hard to deal with because they were so slow. The hammer does not come down fast enough. By the time the second wave and third wave get there, I've only smashed six or seven spiders. Good game, however.

There are upgrades at the bottom. One increases the speed at which the hammer falls.

Good!

Some of the weaponry needs some work, like the katana, which is backwards, and should slash faster. The smg's still need to be amped up in power a bit. Maybe falling powerups and a faster sniper would be nice. A hand to hand combat system would be good too. Other than that, very good job.

Great music choice, by the way.

It didn't load for me. I must admit though, the load screen is pretty impressive. If it'd load, I'd probably fifen, given my assumption that this will probably be a pretty good flash.

How to improve.... Uhh, I think a stop all sounds button would be in order, or different sound tracks.

The AS for the stop all sounds would be:

1: on release

2: stopAllSounds

It's case sensitive, so incase I got the upper and lower case wrong, please check the AS, it should be under timeline. If you're clever enough you can use "gotoAndPlay" for the sound tracks, but that would take intense organisation and a lot of other AS.

Hey - if I can make a custom cursor with MY OWN CODE, I am certainly not a n00b and I know how to use stopAllSounds();
I just didn't choose to do it because everyone likes the music so much.

A pretty nice game, espescially for those who like windows parodies. I wonder if there's a collection I can submit this to... Anyway great job, exept for the title thing, it was way too crappy, or was that for added effect?

The music is simply awesome and so is the style!

Very well done. The music is entertaining enough to make you stay and play a while and the game is challenging, requiring one to think. I played for 5 minutes, that's more than any other time I've looked at/played a UJ entry since last year. You earned a 5 from me. some animation would be a nice improvement.

I've seen better. Too stressful and way to fast, slow it down a little or make bigger targets. 3/5 because I got frustrated. Also, music much?
